Lou DeFalco, Licensed Home Inspector
Lou DeFalco is the founder and president of Falcon Home Inspection and Radon Detection. Lou’s background includes over 26 years in both the residential and commercial construction industries. His previous positions within the construction industry start at a young age as a brick layer and carpenter laborer and apprentice while attending the college of lake county for architectural and residential building classes to a general contractor buying ,developing land, and building the homes. Add buying and completely remodeled multiple homes, Lou’s experience has positioned him for success as a home inspector. He is a licensed home inspector in Illinois and Wisconsin and continues to advance his education. Lou’s key mission is to provide peace of mind by educating his clients.
Anthony DeFalco, Radon Professional
Anthony DeFalco started out his career in the residential construction industry. In 2002 Anthony started working for his father, Lou DeFalco, at Falcon Construction during summer months while attending high school. After graduation Anthony worked full time at Falcon Construction for over 2 years. An opportunity came about that moved Anthony into the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters/ Local 250 where he continued in the residential building field. In 2010 Anthony partnered with his father in the home inspection field in which he became a Radon Measurement Professional. Anthony has been around the building trades his whole career, which makes him a vital asset to Falcon’s team.
